Care that feels personal, informed, and close to home.
Etnia Health is a virtual-first practice that offers women’s health, reproductive and sexual health care. Etnia provides convenient and discreet services to adults of all genders, with a special focus on contraception, perimenopause, menopausal hormone therapy, and other women’s health needs. Care delivered by a nurse practitioner with ties to the community—where you have time to ask questions and understand your options.
I created Etnia Health with a vision of a locally rooted practice. National platforms

are providing similar services, but the relationships are long-distance and transactional. The goal is to combine convenience with continuity, cultural fluency, and evidence-based care provided directly by myself.
